It doesn't make much sense to me (esp as it's not required in any other YZE game) to require a Mobility roll every time a player wishes to move. Is this holdover text from an earlier revision, or is a (non-chase) Mobility roll truly required every time a PC moves during a Brawl?
If it's the latter, the text needs to say what happens on a failed Mobility roll - the assumption being you stay where you are (it not being a chase).
