I'm going to be using the T2K 4th Ed. rules for a Terminator Campaign set right after a (modified) Judgement Day. Does anyone know if there are modern vehicle & weapon stats around?

Check the free league workshop on drivethurrpg.com. a few people have different off that have everything from technical to tanks. I know one has stuff from WWII in it for 3 level Soviet unit. There is a larger book of gear, weapons, aircraft, tanks for 25 bucks that is pretty good that you might look at.
