Why not skip the level designation by letter and use just the die value as designation? Simpler, straight forward and newbies get the dice pools faster assembled.
The letter desigantion has no function. Found that annoying with T2K already.

Yup! I saw the same in T2K where the character sheet looked like an evaluation card with grades. It's thematically consistent in both cases.
