Hi,
I'm about to start a campaign, starting with Promised Land, then continue through Copper Crown scenarios, and hope to move into the Throne of Thornes from there.
I just don't like the jump from crossing the Titans straight to Thistle Hold. Looking at the map, I'm thinking to have them continue with part of the caravan towards Kurun via the river. Are there any scenarios/ideas out there for a few encounters to play this bit out over a session/few hours?

You could use both scenarios in the pack Adventures 1:
One of them is an assault to an inn where the players are resting, so it can be situated anywhere during a travel.
The other one is a (short) murder mistery during a boat travel. Perfect if you want them to reach Kurun by river.

With those adventures, you can consider reaching Thistle Hold already interesting enough.
