I know time cubes can't be removed from Grounded until Favor reaches Neutral/Happy, but exactly how are they removed? Are you stuck at home (if there) for two days/turns or are all/1 removed and returned to your pool immediately at the end of a turn that your kid is home for dinner (and your Favor automatically improves)? Thanks!

They are removed when you increase your favour (place them in the action space) so during the Replenish Time, you get them back and can use them again.
