Skullbiter

On page 94 of the Beastiary, the skullbiter has no attack value or save DC for "retaliatory charge". Only damage is listed. Is this supposed to be an auto-hit?

Just checking in to see if anyone has an idea on this. Im thinking there should be a DeX save or something to get out of the way.
