I was comparing the rules for the Alpha and the Beta and found it interesting there are no longer any Mishap rules, except under Driving on Pg 141 in the Beta.

For instance in the Alpha Rules (Pg 43) there is s a rule on Rolling “1’s” on the Base Dice and Mishaps. In the Beta there is no mention of Mishap rules for Base Dice which should have been somewhere on Pg 43-45. Another instance the Gear Mishaps rule in Alpha Pg (46), but not in Beta (Pg 47 missing under Gear)

Has this rule been omitted completely or is it a typo when they wrote up the Beta rules? This kind of throws the Explosion Symbol on the dice out the window if the Mishap rule is omitted.

Still going through the rules, but it struck me odd these sections were omitted if the Beta Rules are most likely the ones that will be officially printed.

More specifically, mishaps now can occur only when pushing a roll.
