Laughter of Dragons Actual Play - Mostly Off-Topic Episode Published

Sat 07 Nov 2020, 21:33

(I hope it's okay to share here - if not please feel free to remove!)

Firstly, this is my first post here though I've been lurking for a while. I love reading everyone's commentary and view; the depth of learning and creativity is a joy to behold.

Secondly, I most humbly submit the most recent episode of our Laughter of Dragons actual play for your youtubing pleasure: https://youtu.be/2nxtJZcyeVY (I'm Paul, the Loremaster btw!)

If you've not seen any of the episodes, but are interested in consuming a bit of theatre of the mind gaming then the playlist can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... WmfwXD5-sV.

Spoilers: We pretty much play Laughter of Dragons straight from the book!

I've watched some of the series so far. Great stuff!
"Of all the terrors that came ever into Beleriand ere Angband’s fall the madness of Carcharoth was the most dreadful; for the power of the Silmaril was hidden within him."

I've started watching this, Guinbang! Thanks for sharing. I love the TOR GM Tips episodes by the way.

Thanks for the feedback and glad you're enjoying the series and the GM Tips vids (shout out to Joe for those!).

We tend to create content for the games we're playing and I've got a GM Tips video sketched out waiting for a window to record. I'm going to talk about my LM prep workflow, specifically in the context of running published materials. I'll touch on how I organise my notes, for general use but also to support the play at the table. Look out for it hitting the channel over the next few weeks.
