Hello. I am trying to make a scenario where the PCs are awoken by Mother in a ship very much like Covenant, and where there might just be an alien hive is some of the colonist storege area (using the same colonist to grow). Any ideas of a map I could use?

Lots of ship floor plans out there. If you want something simple however and something that could even be randomised, look up the board game Nemesis. It's back on kickstarter as we speak, but if you don't want to shell out that kind of money, it is available in steam workshop for tabletop simulator. You could deal our a floor plan, take a photo and then you have a nice pod like deckplan laid out.
