This came up last night (first time anyone played an Officer): under the Officer’s Command skill (Elysium p51) it says “During a conflict, giving an order counts as an action (however, see the Quick Com- mand talent).”
Problem is there is NO “Quick Command” Talent for Officers or in General Talents. Was this renamed or just dropped altogether?
