How long can last the 3rd option? The "real" "bigger" illusion.
Can someone die from the illusion? Like got the head cut of in the illusion.

The mutations only have the effect listed. For Mind Terror you can either damage Wits/Empathy or making a target miss their next action or create a big illusion. The big illusion doesn't technically do anything. I usually let things like Mind Terror (third option) last the scene or until the target becomes aware that it is an illusion. The illusion itself can't hurt anybody, because it isn't real, but indirect it can. You can make an illusion that a bridge is not in ruins and can be travelled on. The target may fall down in the river below and that can of course damage him and also make him aware that the bridge is an illusion.

The player wants the NPC think he has a lot of resources.
So the NPC enters trough a door and suddenly he is in a illusionary place, where there is a very luxury room with some people in the corners talking, and the player invite him to negociante.
Or maybe he wants to scare someone, creating 5 dogs to chase the enemy.
Could I use the illusion to disguise myself to one person? To create an illusion that I'm a different person? I imagine if I turn to some one taller and get punched in the face the illusion would end.
There are a lot of possibilities but the rules do not especify some points, I always like to play as an illusionist and when I randomly got mind Terror I was very confused about how far can I go with big illusion.
