I am very curious about this product, as it came out without any announcement or update on the official site. Will this be available on Fria Ligan's or Modiphius stores?

You are referring to the Symbaroum D20 conversion, right? If so, there are some progress reports to be found on the Kickstarter page for Symbar - Mother of Darkness.
Take a look at the latest updates, and also below the "Stretch Goals" header.

...but when you mentioned the Kickstarter and this D20 conversion, I checked the Kickstarter page and saw that there will be more products coming out such as the GM Guide. Because I was very late into the game, I jumped to the PledgeManager to get the Mother of Darkness, Adventure Pack 4 and the Journey booklet... unfortunately I didn't see anything on the GM Guide when I was placing the order. 

Did I miss it? Will this be available in print soon?
