In the critical injuries chart on page 160, number 52, 53, 54, 54, 61 and 62 have numbers in the fatal column, I was wondering what these numbers represent?

It's a penalty for the "Saving Your Life" Medical Aid roll. You can see the rule on p.65 under Saving Your Life.
