Examples:
As a full action, you can copy one attribute or power
from a target in your zone. You can use the copied
attribute or power (including any boosts and limits)
as if you had it for a few minutes. You can only copy
one attribute or power at a time. You only gain the
benefit of a copied attribute up to a score of 6 and
a power at its basic level

Boost :Multiple Mimicry. You can copy any
combination of up to 3 attributes or powers
at a time.
Boost: Power Leech. You need to touch your
target (successful slugfest attack, no damage)
to copy their attribute or power, but if you do,
they lose their power or their attribute rating
is halved (round up) while the effect lasts.

Dose this mean that if I have both boost I can make them loose 3 powers or attributes. Need help with this one

Yeah, I personally have run it that way and I do believe that’s intended. A good rule of thumb with TTRPGs is that specific beats general. If there’s a contradiction of the base effect of a power due to a boost or limit, the boost or limit takes precedence over the basic effect of the power since they often modify or sometimes drastically change the effect.

Yes, that is correct. And FantasticMrRat is on point too - in general, any power boosts (or combination of them) combine across any way that you can use the power.

If I mimic someone's power and they have a boost or limit for that power, does the mimicry mimic the boost and/or limit or does it only mimic the base ability
