that is great news! I like the name of the adventure you are going to loremaster, also the atmospheric picture fits very well.

Thanks for the link - so much FOMO! I won't arrive in Berlin until 9 Oct, and it doesn't look like the workshop has a virtual option. I plan to playtest the scenario with some friends here in California in the coming month so I can get a feel for how to fit the narrative arc into 3.5 hours.

This is so cool! I suggest you give writing an article for a magazine about the trip and your experiences a thought, maybe also share some insights here in the forum and then possibly even offer Like Shadows out of Gundabad on https://ko-fi.com/ with the seal "Played at BIRCON 2026" or so . Just thinking , surely you have some good ideas in mind.
Should you like to join my TOR session and don't get a seat at the table through the drawing of lots, come anyway and we'll make room for a sixth player-hero in the fellowship (but really don't feel obliged at all). Session should start Saturday morning. Since you surely know about the Old Dwarf Mine adventure from RotLR, I'd tweak the plot so that your character posseses some knowledge already either because he is the only survivor of a previous expedition to that cursed mine, or because he has had some strange dreams about it. And anyway I will change the setting quite a bit.
And hey: anyone else got inspired to join us?

I'd love to join, but Berlin is a bit outside of my range at the moment. Possibly in the future!
