I was looking for a sheet like a character sheet but for NPCs/monsters that I could fill out with the ones I am using for a session for easy reference.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists?

I use the same as the character sheet for my NPCs when I have created an specific NPCs that I what to give some role in the adventure. In what sense are you looking for something different?

For simple NPC reference, you have a section in the rulebook that gives the basic stats and attributes for NPS. It is in "Adventures" chapter > Non-Player Characters. Pages 105-106 in the rulebook in the Started set.

For monsters monsters I haven't used any.
