Just to be clear, you are asking for sleeves for the half-page sized reference sheets in the starter set?

My gf is like the queen of card sleeves -- she must've spent thousands on them! -- and she thinks it'll be difficult to find card sleeves for those big reference sheets. Her suggestion is: just laminate the half-page sheets and you ain't gonna have no problem

Just measured the cards with a dial calliper, I get 62.7mm x 87.8mm. Hope this helps!

Since most are references only, I use standard "penny sleeves" - the inexpensive ones for baseball cards (and storing MTG/Yu-Gi-Oh/Pokemon cards). they're not tight but not too loose. MTG size are good.
