The AT4-CS was rolled out about 20 years before you seem to think it was. Saab was testing them circa 9/11, and we picked them up for additional development in 2003.There are also several weapons with reduced backblast made to be fired from enclosed spaces, such as the AT4 CS and the Panzerfaust 3.
Also note the difference between recoilless (countermass) weapons and rocket launchers. The propulsion principle and thus also the backblast phenomenon differ.
Sorry if this was stated or you already know, but the AT4 CS was designed in the 2020s (perhaps as early as 2018) and so might be outside the scope of a standard T2000 game. PzF III is a better option, being at least issued to the Bundeswehr in 1987.
