Thanks for starting this document, seems like a good idea to keep things in one place. I've added a couple of minor things (typos) I spotted.

Edit - but THANK YOU to Fria Ligan for an excellent book overall [=

Hey, I don't know if this deserves to be in the Errata, but the Critical Injury chart looks a bit odd, even though it just skips numbers. Like it jumps from 16 to 21 without listing injuries?

it is a d66 table. You can't roll 17.20 with a d66 only 11-16, 21-26 and so on.

Unless the table has modifiers, like one of the encounter tables, which as 11-16,21-26, 31-36, 41-46, 51-56, 61-66, and 71-76

Some other games d66 tables have had mods for both dice; one I've seen has 00-07, 10-17, 20-27, 30-37, 40-47, 50-57, 60-67, 70-77.

Think of it as a 6x6 grid of results; left digit is down, right digit is right.

I know that there are modifiers for the tens digit d6 (by which means that the result can only be ?1-?6). I haven't seen any d66 table that uses modifiers for the ones digit. I admit that I don't know the book from page 1-400. I am curious. On what page?

In Alien, I've only seen 10's digit mods in the Colony Encounters Table, P354. Which brings up a very minor errata item: The table doesn't include listing  its modifier, and the explanatory text including them is a page turn prior.

Also... if you read carefully, you'll note I said "Some other games..." Amongst ones using +10 and +1 on the same d66 table, Classic Traveller, in the patrons encounters in The Traveller Book, tho' that one limits results to the 1x-6x and y1-y6 range via 7=6 and 0=1.

What some other games do is not important, what this game do is (sorry that I missed that you wrote "other"). A d66 that would have a modifier for the ones digit need some careful planning since a +1 on the ones digit means that you no longer can get a ?1 results. That extra work to plan such a table is not worth it (unless the table has a very special purpose).

The modifier for the table you asked for is on p353 (+1 if the colony is established).

I mentioned where it is, so obviously I found it. The issue is that the table doesn't include it and you have to turn the page back to find it. that is a layout failure. A very minor one.
