There's no reason to assume they don't get access to the normal stunts.
Each signature attack has it's own separate throw which can be presumed to be the weapon modifier plus their close combat skill.

Mechanics wise that makes sense, but there isn't much in the core  films(1-3) of the xenos doing anything other than close encounter murders or dragging off folks to fuel the hive. Not disarming anyone; knocking them down maybe, but that's more of a natural attack thing. And as for swapping initiative, that suggests the xenos posses some level of intelligence, which I do not recall the rulebook going into any great detail on(other than some small bits in the GM section). Personally I rule that extra 6s on xeno rolls inflict more damage but I see stunts being useful in dramatic situations for sure!
