one issue (and it's from the source you worked from, so not your fault) - no room for Armor Piercing, Armor Doubling, nor Autofire, which are very common flags in the notes. More than half the weapon list has one of those 3.

My character sheet is not pretty.... because my players asked for a less fancy one.  Black and white boxes... At the moment, it's not a fillable - print and write only - but forms capability is eventually coming.
Also, the weapons data has columns for Autofire and Armor Piercing/Armor-doubled.

A 1/2 page player card with basics of rolling, the stunts, and the actions list (including several that are in text but not on the summary page - submitted in my feedback).
