Hello,

Has there been any discussion around multi-profession characters? For example, a player wants to create a halfling minstrel / rogue.
I don't know if this is allowed but I would like to see some guidelines for it, if it is.

I mean, the rules absolutely do not allow this. But I see no reason why you can't house rule it.

Remember: there is nothing stopping a rogue character from buying the perform skill and palying a instrument. And there's nothing stopping a minstrel from investing in stealth.

I let players buy into other prifession talents using the rules for magic without a trainer. X3 the cost base and another 3x the cost without someone to teach you.

Which also means magic takes another 3x hit. X6 base x9 without a trainee for non magic profession.

Uhm, you can buy all the class talents of your class during the course of the game. It is only at the start of the game that you are limited to choosing one.

I'd say this adds a level of complexity to character customisation, which your group might fancy or not. Since in my group I have a player who min/maxes for the sheer enjoyment of breaking the game, it's a big no for me.
