Digitized Initiative and Combat Cards?

Has anyone made digital images of the initiative and combat cards for Forbidden Lands, for replicating the deck in VTTs like Roll20? If so, where may they be found?
This was done by someone, apparently with permission, for the Coriolis Icon Deck. Hoping that is the case here.
