Okay sure thing.
Here is an open-editable document for anybody who wants to contribute. You can record your name and Monster and I will copy-paste them into the Monster File for everyone to use forever.

Perfection! I can't wait to see our database grow.

One question I did have is that you mention 2-3 monster attacks should be weaker than the monster's overall difficulty rating. How do you implement this for monsters that are only rank 1 difficulty?

I’ve done a load of attacks for my monster generator, I think I shared these at some point, but I’m happy to reformat to make a bit prettier, and It might then be compatible with SpandexAndy’s document.

You are right. 1 Skull creatures have all their attacks being 1 Skull.

Hey Andy, I think what Lupex and I decided on for OSR MV to FBL MOVE was divide the OSR value by 30, it is similar to the 5e method in that way.

Yes, I think it works ok. Which why I adopted it for the 5E conversion.

Okay sure, I've used that OSR Movement formula in the Google sheet now.

I am also trying to convert a Giant Centipede from Labyrinth Lord and it says save as "0 level Human". I believe this means it has no modifiers to its save, just a flat d20 roll. I would assume this means that it has no Wits or Empathy in an FBL sense, but how about strength and agility? Using the converter I can't get anything less than F1.
