Response time of the support team and order status

I have ordered something 10 days ago and so far I haven't received any update on the order, digital delivery or reply from the support. What other options to contact someone I have?

For what it’s worth I also ordered (spire and 2 sets of dice) about 10 days ago and my order arrived yesterday (no contact in between times)

I am in the UK

FL:s communication skills (to put it nicely) has varied a lot lately. My order is only a day old and it's Easter so I will give it to next week before sending an email to them about it. To support @ frialigan.se (or to tomas @ frialigan.se if that doesn't work).

I hope this situation is due to the GothCon (or something like that) where Fria Ligan is participating in and Easter...

Hello! Our support staff is a little overwhelmed at the moment, we ask for your patience. In general, we have a delivery time of about two weeks from the order being placed, so there is no need to worry or take any action before that time has passed.

Hm, how do you mean? PDF's should be sent shortly after purchase in the webshop, at the most a few days after.

Then there must be a problem or I am the most unlucky person. :) In my first order, the "Your downloads are ready" email arrived when the order was physically shipped to me. The second order is still on confirmed-only status and no email with digital downloads has arrived yet. Because you appear to use the same eCommerce system and warehouse services as Modiphius, I expected the same instant delivery of the digital goods and hence my confusion when nothing happens and I am eager to get my hands on the stuffs. :D

There could be some glitches, I ordered Coriolis – the Emissary Bundle on 2nd of february and Coriolis – the Icon Bundle few days later (on 5th of february) and got the physical stuff on 8th of april (after several messages asking where the books might be). It took 3 emails before I even got all the digital stuff, the second order (FRIA5367) is still "Unfulfilled" (I was sent drivethrurpg links for those pdfs later though).

I received notification that something has arrived at my address in UK and I hope that this is the order. Still - no email with the digital downloads. :(
