By request I have made a template for monsters so you easily can make your own. You will find it here:

(the monster in the template is from my adventure site - The Bridge of Death, currently only in Swedish, but now you have the monster at least)

Thanks for posting. Templates like these are nice, it's awesome to be able to make our own creations have a similar formatting to the FL content.
