Yes, that's normally the case but I didn't get any email with the PDFs in drivethroughrpg.

I'll email them, thanks!

Have you checked on drivethrurpg? So it isn't just dtrpg that didn't send out an email, but the pdf:s are still updated.

GM Guide, p. 150 "The Masscre Lure" - should read "The Massacre Lure"

My eye has gone right over this a dozen times and never noticed it until now!

Under the SHOOT action (p98) it says, "... roll on the table for stab wounds if you used a bow or throwing knife and use the table for blunt force if you used a sling or a thrown rock." What about Throwing Spear and Throwing Axe? Also, the Blunt, Pointed, and Edged features are missing against Ranged Weapons on p103. If that was intentional for weapons like bow where it's the projectile that technically has that feature not the weapon then noting it under Features as Pointed (arrow), Blunt (pellet), etc would suffice.

blunt pointed and edged doesn't just define which critical table you use it determines which combat actions you use. The bow is covered by the shoot action which is what projectile tells you it does.

I would rule a throwing axe would use the slash wounds critical injury as it could sever a limb, but it could be argued it would use the table for stab wounds if the intent is for the axe to stick in the victim. I would ask the thrower what table they would want to use.

So are results 17-20, 27-30, 57-60.

That's because these numbers cannot be rolled with a 2d6 roll.
