All good, I thought you were proposing a change from Misery to Coriolis's 2 trauma types, something I'm (sort of) doing myself.

As for Long Post Syndrome, I too suffer from that affliction. :-P
I make YZE games (https://drivethrurpg.com/browse.php?author=Matt%20Kay) and produce predominately Free League content on my YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/@3skulls)

Now that i have had a look at the critical injuries tables in English i have a big question (or suggestion): what are the long term or permanent affects of critical injuries as you won't be able to heal a severed limb or ear with field medicine and a bandage and food?  It might be a good idea to include an extra column in the critical injuries table for permanent effects for each injury.

Also, it will surely only take hours, and not days, to die from a punctured lung?

Thoughts?

You have two lungs? There are a lot of people in the world managing to survive with only one lung. If you get both punctured I would agree with hours, though. But if you just have one punctured lung it's most likely the bloodloss that kills you, not asphyxiation.

Some of these things has been brought to their attention when they released them in Swedish. They will most likely go through them again and make necessary adjustments or additional information for the permanent injuries.
I have a friend that got one of his lungs punctured. He was in a bad shape and it was very serious but as Eldhierta above said, you have two lungs.

Are there rules for reattaching limbs? Like any magic that does that?

No.

We use the Resurrection spell for it, except for the permanent empathy loss. Our reasoning for this is that if the spell can regenerate a dead body (up to a week old) it should be able to regenerate a "dead" body part.

Except for Elves, I simply wouldn’t allow it. You could houserule a spell of course. Other than that there are peglegs and hooks. :D
