Oh, are the Forbidden Lands the Savage Lands? ;)
:) I presume that was a reference to a video-game that came out recently?
Savage Lands = Savage World
It was rather a RPG reference ;)
I see ;)

That's a shame as the back story of the endlaved Orcs being gifted by the God to the elves and dwarfs has really inspired one of my players as he now wants to take the role of an Orc that may work towards a full uprising against the slave masters, if they still exist once the blood must has gone.
This is music (or howlings) to my ears. I wouldn't give up hope about playing orcs. It's just not my decision to make.
In the current rules draft, orcs are playable as PCs.

I would like to see at least 8 character classes. As in tails from the loop, their should be at least 2 that fit for each attribut.
So there are the rouge and the ranger for dex, the ministrel and the trader for charisma and perhaps the spellbinder and the druid for intelligenz

I think a second melee fighter archetyp such a guardian (defensive), a barbarian, a brawler (unarmed) or a bounty hunter would round thinks up.

Thank you for bringing forth orcs as a playable race, which will surely help defuse the obvious racial stereotypes of Tolkein's evil orcs vs noble elves and allied humans. :D
Forbidden Lands with this playable orc race will, hopefully, encourage more of the Warcraft version of different strokes for different orcs, that is, both heroic and villainous orc chiefs leading competing orc tribes.

That's pretty much it. Currently there are three clans with orcs and some smaller groups as well. These have different views on the world and how to deal with other kins. You'll be able to pick your background among these or make up your own clan if you like. I haven't played much WoW lately but watched some parts of the movie – a little Wagneresque for my taste, but more in line with the ones in Ravenland than the Tolkien ones. Given their background as servants / slaves to elves and dwarves, orchs might go for ”We'll prove our worth” to ”let's kill 'em all!”
