It's true, but thé problem with being isolated is that growing a herd became harder i think.
It's the main topic i'm pointing at. Hunting and fishing was still possible, if there was a place to do so, close enough (few hours maximum).
And it's far less efficient than growing herd.
Then less meat in there plates, and more végétables, cause growing fruits and plants was still possible and easier. Isolation causes a sort of precarity, as to me.
On an other hand, cows and sheeps came back to something close to wildness, i think.
