In the updated Gamemaster's Guide, the Nekhaka scepter is called the Nekhaka spire. I assume that needs to be changed back from spire to scepter?

And I just now realized it is called spire in the 1st printing as well. It should be scepter though, right?

Regardless, it is the same item. If you have the cards, use whatever name that is on the card.

It has the same name in the Swedish version (Spira), although that word can be translated to both Spire and Scepter.
