I have been checking tracking on my order (FRIA46222) and it now seems to be heading the wrong way.
Ordered and paid on 29/06 It got from you to Madrid (MAD) by 16/07 but did not subsequently reach me.
It now seems to be in Amsterdam? (AMS) presumably on its way back to you?

Please can you investigate.
