Shipping times, no updates, no response

Hello,

I ordered the box set for Forbidden Lands on the 4th of July and I've seen no updates to the order. I've emailed support and received no response, I'd like an update to this please. For how expensive shipping is I'm surprised how slowly this is being processed

Please provide me with an update if possible, thank you
