Oh yeah, I can do that... I'm importing them into Foundry personally so it takes care of that part for me as a system.

Tell you what, I'll probably work up another one or two of these to my satisfaction and then I can post them together with and without hexes.
Omnipus - did you by any chance post any more maps? I would love to use them in my campaign.

Thanks

Not yet -- the time I've had to dedicate to the campaign and maps in general has declined. But I need to do at least one or two this week... so once that's done it shouldn't be hard to re-post them here.

As promised, here you go! Twilight-appropriate battlemaps at Twilight-appropriate scales, now with hexes overlaid! I make no claim as to these maps being pro-quality. They vary in scale and artistic technique, as I've been playing around with different methods and making it up as I go along. On the upside, they are all based on real locations in the Łódź volodoship. On the downside, if I was releasing these as pro maps, I'd probably edit the real-world setting more so that all the hexes align to roads, etc. But they are free and you definitely can get what you pay for! :)

Here's the link to the 4 current maps.

Very nice. I was working on some of my own but then I gave up to work on whatever other shiny object presented itself ... better get back to it.

Do you have a hex overlay for GIMP? If so where can you find it?

I used Photoshop's pattern generator because I already had hexes around (I use them frequently for design reasons mostly!). As I said somewhere up above, none of these maps had hexes originally because Foundry does that for me when I import... (why I hope the provided official maps will also come in a hex-free option).

But there are sites out there that will generate whole pages of hexes for you, then you just gotta import that as a new layer.

There's a way to do a hex overlay within GIMP.
