We know that Linnea spends a lot of time at the asylum in Upsala. Does she work/help out there or is she a patient who comes and goes?
It would make a difference to how the characters interact with her and how much credence they give to her information.

She's in there by her own will, but she's a patient, yes. She finds the outside world scary, from what I understood.
