Page 17: Tower of London.
"Another notorious episode
was the murder of the little princes by their uncle,
Richard Duke of Gloucester, to ensure his rule as
King Richard III."
I suggest adding in an "alleged" before murder. The deed is contended over the centuries, and in any case, Richard or someone else had their henchmen do it.

Page 62: In the intro by Stukeley, "steam" should be "stream".
Page 66: In the intro by Stukeley, "woo" should be "wood".

Page 77:
"Player characters coming from
Uppsala will have to travel to Stockholm and take
a ship to London or Bristol, possibly stopping at
Lübeck and Hamburg along the way."
I think a more probable route would be by train from Stockholm to Gothenburg, and then by ship to London or Bristol, possibly stopping in Bremerhaven on the way.
There is little need to go by the quite shallow and narrow Stecknitz canal between Lübeck and Hamburg at the time.

Page 88: Second bullet - "ithad" should be "had".

Page 93: First paragraph - St Birinus should be St Birren.

Nuckelavee pp.62-63:

The illustration on p.63 does not match the description given of the being on p.62!

The description is of an integrated horse and rider “chimera”:
  • A horse body, complete with horse head
  • A legless humanoid body sprouts from the centre of its back
  • The “rider” torso has arms long enough to reach the ground
  • The “rider” torso has an enormous, disproportionate, round, lolling head, about a metre in diameter
  • The equine (horse) head (not the “rider’s” head!) has a single burning red eye
  • The equine head has noxious gas billowing from its mouth
  • The creature’s legs have fins in addition to hooves
  • The creature has no skin; muscles and organs are exposed

The picture just shows what mostly looks like a daemonic cyclops centaur.

The only thing these have in common is that both start from a vaguely equinoid body, but beyond that … it mostly seems like Egerkrans never got around to reading the description through properly.

Edit: here is a rendition that captures more of the elements in the description:

You’ll find others if you google for “My Little Nuckelavee”…

Before you use the word "XENOMORPH" again, you should read this article through:

Observations/corrections on the second and third scenarios.

Pg. 97 – 1820 a little early for the opening of the railway: the Ffestiniog line 1836 & Conwy valley 1876. Suggest substituting “1840s”.
Pg. 98 – [sp] “she believes”
Pg. 98 – [sp] “she is wrong”
Pg. 98 – [sp] “she sees herself”
Pg. 102 – [sp] “she was needed”
Pg. 104 – [sp] “brought in by Mrs Thomas”
Pg. 117 – [sp] “and the newspapers” [alt. “press”]
Pg. 123 – [sp/map] “HAMPSTEAD HEATH”
Pg. 123 – [sp/map] “East Heath Road”
Pg. 129 – [sp/map] “Library”
Pg. 129 – [sp/map] “Kitty’s Room”
Pg. 133 – [sp] “slicked into a centre parting”

Pg. 94, under the Blessed Weapons header, sentence 1 reads "confront he hag," instead of "confront the hag."

Later in the same paragraph on pg. 94, there's a sentence that comes off as confusing. The first part of the sentence reads "Blessing weapons should be part of the player characters’ preparations form a confrontation."

P.56, the hag's "Magic" box title should read "Magical Powers" to preserve consistency across the book.

P.63, under "Example of conflicts", first paragraph: " despite the islander’s desperate entreaties that their and has been cursed"
I guess it should read "their island has been cursed".

P.65, under "Magical Powers": "STRAY SOD: renders a victim unable to find their way to their destination. MANIPULATION against OBSERVATION."
Should there be a verb in the second sentence, like "Roll MANIPULATION against OBSERVATION"?

P.68, there's a typo in "Some selkies enter into dalliances"

P.70, there's a typo in the Brook Horse section, 2nd paragraph: "cattle that graze to close to the shores"

P. 81, "A Parallel Countdown", 1. "Brawls break out between the younger Thomas and Winchbombe men whenever they chance to meet"

P.89, second clue at the Thomas farm: " Examining the site will require an OBSERVATION test." This looks like it should either be a Vigilance or Investigation test. Same on page 90, "Challenges" in "The Cave.

I'm thinking this could be a typo.

In the NPC list (p27), Teacher and Lawyer both have Precision as their top stat instead of Logic or Empathy. Is this intended?

The name of The Society:

On page 6 is called the "Apollonian Society", and on pages 40 and 41 this is incorrectly spelled "Appollonian Society" (note doubled 'p'), this was noted previously.

On page 40, the Society is twice referred to as the "Tyana Society" (both in the 5th paragraph), I'm guessing a missed substitution from an earlier draft.

On page 23, for the headline -
"THE RAILWAY TERMINI"
I imagine that it meant Terminal.
No, "termini" is the plural of "terminus", which is the British English variant of terminal, at least for transport.
