I don't suppose you have a 19th century map for Newcastle-Upon-Tyne do you?

There are plenty of old folk tales and mysteries surrounding the city from that era and earlier that could be turned into a Vaesen mystery.
I don’t. But I have a 18th century one, if you want. You can find it here: https://twitter.com/twarchives/status/9 ... 7124862976
EDIT: oh wait! There are some wonders here: http://www.picturesofgateshead.co.uk/lo ... index.html

Ah, excellent! There are some pretty cool ones in that second link.

I'll have a closer look after work, but thanks for those.

That's a very nice map. I'll see if I can get a higher resolution one. I can guess at quite a bit, but nice to be able to see other places locations.

I don't even know if some of you find this interesting, but whatever, I made some resources for myself, and I feel like sharing them:
Here is a map of 1858 Uppsala according to various sources (I hope I made no mistake) translated in English and captioned. I also have the same map with no captions but old photos of Uppsala instead, for those who like pictures.

So, if you feel like using them for your games, be my guest! :)
(Edit for a better quality)
These maps are great! I wil definitely use them once I get a game of Vaesen going.

Prob no subtitle options, but great visuals, artwork, music etc so it might be possible to get some inspiration at least.
