Questions: opportunity attack, stunned, and insect wings again

This session we had situation where PCs had to move away from enemies within ARMS LENGTH. Myself and another player thought there was some kind of attack of opportunity thing but really all we found was the modifiers for fleeing. So, does moving out of ARMS LENGTH provide enemy with chance to attack?
We had multiple critical injuries this session. One was a very low roll to get STUNNED. Looking at the critical injuries chart I don't see any ill effects from that injury. We played it as flavor, but no mechanics (besides the character obviously being broken). Is that correct, STUNNED critical injury does not have any mechanical effect?
And finally, now that we have the range on INSECT WINGS, I adjudicated that targets cannot be chosen since it's not thought or missile attack; and the rule is nearest targets affected first (with roll if same distance). However, the player asked if the area effect of wing noise attack impacted friendlies as well. Rules are open. I adjudicated that the sound attack only affected enemies for speed but what do folks think? Does INSECT WINGS sound attack affect friendlies?
