May I ask you if there are any difference regarding this between Coriolis and MY0?

I mean, there must be some differences if the defense is a maneuver instead of an action.
Coriolis is different. You have 3 Action Points to spend each round. A slow action will cost you all 3 AP, a normal action will cost 2 AP, a fast action will cost 1 AP, and free actions are just that: free, costing zero AP. In a turn, you can perform three fast actions, one normal and one fast action, or one slow action.

Attacking in close combat is a normal action but parrying is a fast action. So you can attack in melee and defend if you don't move.
