Yup, according to my model, there is no day on the highest northern latitudes and no night on the highest southern latitudes, but there is day/night cange on lower latitudes with different day/night length on different lattidudes, with mentioned "moderate" climat belt, with Mehrabi metropolis and more or less balanced day-night cycle.
Tell me if i'm wrong.

Ok. Maybe you're right. I had a diffrent interpretation of  " the same side was always facing the sun" but yours is more plausible. Still the info in book about 43° Axis tilt is wrong. In your model axis tilt of Lubau is 43° in position A, ca.90° in position B, -43 in position in C°, and -90°  in D. One can only describe it as a "drunk planet" ;).  I don't think it would be possible for planet to move like that in just 91 days (physics probably doesn't work like that). It just seems like it have one adittional axis of rotation. But I can live with that. It fits in framework of my suspension of disbelief, so thanks.
