At this point I am just using extensive gm fiat for what jobs are available and just using the table for ideas. Their first actual job has ended up been from the owners of the ship (the leaseholders). I looked at how much of the year they'd be losing to do the job, looked at what their funding needed to be and set the job up so that the base pay is a little shy of what they need but put in place a bonus scheme that will mean if they do everything extra they'll be ahead of their repayments.
