There are games that do this and it works well. I respect that part of this game, however, is being part of a lineage which makes it less desirable as an approach here I think. That might be a bit of a stretch for the final print version but there’s absolutely nothing stopping you from keeping this beta pdf and adding to it as desired from future versions. So definitely archive that pdf.

I’m also a little concerned (without having played the beta thus far) about Charge and lots of mage batteries hanging around. Or even the question of why aren’t these common in the world? Spell mishap may put some breaks in this if you’re using that optional rule but I do feel this spell might benef...

As I suggested in feedback:

- Key attribute could be the only one you can swap when generating scores.

or

- Attributes generally are generated by 3d6 but key is generated by 4d6 drop one

Either would actually help profession matter a bit more.
