But the chance of a mishap is higher the greater the amount of WP you spend, so here is the granularity.

How in the name of Raven did you let your players get that many WP?? In 20 sessions the most I, as the GM, ever had was 12 WP. Usually I have 5... How do they get 31!? At what point do the effects of the berserker talent kick in? Immediately, at the exact moment when you become broken or in the next normal initiative slot? How long can you wait after being broken to activate this talent? Does it have to be declared as soon as you suffer the effects of being broken...

Do NPC characters all have the coresponding kin talent for their kin or are these limited to player characters?
