Personally, "attuning" to something that is clearly a consumable (wether by drinking or washing/pouring over) doesn't make sense, so I'd change that. I think you're right about the legendary vs uncommon status though.

It's more likely that Ruins of Symbaroum will come under Demiplane and their agreement with Free League. Demiplane is like DDB but they're making contracts with other publishers: Paizo, Free League (maybe only YZE games, maybe not?), and Word of Darkness games have been announced.

How much Water of the Dusk do they have? It's surely a "consumable" in that it has limited uses and doesn't do the job if you just hold the flask?

There are no Symba-specific dice other that some simple green ones that come with the "Treasure Hunts in Davokar" starter set box, so go wild and pick some dice that are themed to your character or that fit the setting for you.
