Remember that 6s add an additional success. In your example you don't need to pass all three rolls, your successes could go 2/0/1, so the % chance of overall success you have calculated is incorrect, as it doesn't allow for 6s adding additional successes. So even against TN 15, 3d, no favoured skill...
