Yes, I was referring to design a layout, not a random generator...

I saw Worldographer and I am seeing again now. It seems it has a free version but I don't know if this version has enough options.

Campaign Cartographer: yes... It seems really difficult to use.

Excellent comments! I'm not thinking about directly converting the over. Just a few mechanics. I like your idea about hiding. I would probably just add a bonus to their roll for desks, lockers, etc. Sevastopol does make an interesting sandbox to play in. You could do a prequel similar to Hope's Las...

What about PC deaths? Are there any general guidelines for handling this? This seems like an RPG that is MUCH more prone to PC death. How do you avoid players feeling left out when they die? In a campaign I am sure you can just introduce a new character, but what about one-shots? Do people feel lef...

So the general rule is this: apply the effects to the synthetic as far as you can.
