My PCs are usually going into every non combat roll with +1-3 since there is rarely any reason not to help, no downside to doing do, and also allowing help is one if my few tools for limiting excessive WP. Is this really how the RAW were intended to work, with default +1-3 bonus for every roll? Agr...
