Is Pyravia supposed to be invisible when being ridden?

If yes, does this mean Zertome is seen floating on air? P88 of Raven's Purge.

Hope's Last Day - replay? And do the aliens converge?

Have any of you tried replaying Hope's Last Day? If so, what changes did you make? My other question relates to how aware the aliens are supposed to be if another alien were to be engaged in a firefight with the players. Would it be loud or noticeable enough that the others would converge at the sit...

Re: How would you rule this? (crit injury)

An alternative to this scenario is to let the sneak attack work. If the target player is wearing armor with a helmet - the shot doesn't pass through it, but pushes them forward and stumble into a pile of scrap metal and a piece of shrapnel pierces through their leg as they fall over into it. Gore? ...

Re: Would this concept work?

Imagine the absurdity of the situation where the motion tracker starts pinging, everyone can hear it and when they ask where the motion is coming from, the character just replies "I'm not gonna tell you"... That's essentially what happens if you don't let anyone except the player with the motion tr...

How would you rule this? (crit injury)

PC A sneaks up to an unsuspecting PC B (having succeeded on a mobility vs observation roll), points his shotgun at B's head. Pulls the trigger, which causes B to be broken. B rolls on the crit table and gets an impaled thigh. How would you narrate the result of the shot? a) B gets shot in the head a...

Re: Medical Aid is used in three different ways, did I get that right?

Page 98 verbatim: Everything from exhaustion to bleeding cuts and broken bones is summarized as damage. I.e. Exhaustion therefore counts as damage . And on page 99: As long as you still have Health left, damage points represent fatigue, bruises or smaller cuts—painful, to be sure, but possible to ov...

[Moved] Zertorme's Pillar of Fire and Conflagration – how many WP is he allowed to spend per cast?

Fire Magic isn't a normal path/talent to follow, so does it count as a rank 1 or as a 3? Or something else?

Moved to a better place because this is GM stuff.

Re: Medical Aid is used in three different ways, did I get that right?

Abstracted hit points or health can never reach 100% realism. It's a question of how easy it is for one to suspend their disbelief. If we take it to mean fatigue (or "exhaustion" as in the Alien rulebook), then it's not a problem for me. If, however, it represents a scale of severity of "physical da...
