Re: Errata for published game

Sounds good, thanks Tomas!

Btw, are there plans to publish a comprehensive errata in the near future?

Re: About cooking stuffs

The design choice of making the number of units you can convert into Food a dice roll is probably simply to add some uncertainty to the result and making Food a little harder to obtain - considering that the raw materials spoil after one day if unused.

Re: Errata for published game

Indeed. The Cauldron should instead say: "Lets a chef cook 2D6 units of food in a Quarter Day (instead of just D6 units)" Hi Tomas, thanks for responding to that! However, as pointed by others, this would attribute to Cauldron the same benefit currently given by Field Kitchen while costing less tha...

Re: Rocks better than arrows?

So I still kind of feel stones and iron arrows are pretty much on the same level here Yeah, I've read the articles  9littlebees sent and looked up for a bit more of information, and I think I've really underestimated the power of a slingshot. I won't houserule it, I'm satisfied with what I've learn...

Re: Rocks better than arrows?

Actually, slingstones did damage people under their armour with their concussive force, in the same way that blunt weapons can injure armour-wearing opponents. Arms, legs, ribs, and skulls can all be broken through armour by a well-placed stone. If you follow my links above, this is even mentioned....

Re: Rocks better than arrows?

Thing is, I don't see someone encased in iron getting hurt by an iron tipped arrow either. Not "for realz".
There's always the "between the plates of the armor" trope. Less likely to successfully exploit that with a stone.

A place no bigger than a human (Magical Seal)

Magical Seal, Player's Handbook p. 121: Using this spell, you protect a person (no bigger  than a human) or a location ( no bigger than  a human ) from magic. Can anyone with access to the Swedish version of the rulebook confirm whether "a location no bigger than a human" is actually correct or just...

Re: Rocks better than arrows?

Neither one is going to make it through, but the rock at least has a chance of denting the thing. Agreed, but despite the banging and the denting, I don't see someone encased in iron getting hurt by a sling-sized thrown rock at all . Slings should be better than wooden-tipped arrows? Possibly. As g...

Re: Rocks better than arrows?

Imagine getting hit by a stone that large being thrown with a lot velocity. It if hits you in the head, it would be lethal. If it hits somewhere else, it would easily break bones. Finding stones of that size and shape shouldn't be free. I agree, stones kill. My main concern is how much damage a sto...
