FBL could have some "stats" for smaller vessels , like small fishing boats, canoes, rafts, etc. and then if (or when) there is an expansion for FBL they could introduce some bigger boats in that. Is it a reference to the Hidden Combos/Advanced Combat, maybe under a provisional name?
